Coverage – Graham’s Toolbox will extinguish the fire prior to the sprinkler system activating, saving replacement of nearby cabinets and water damage to the involved unit and additional units below.

Elimination of Utility – Removing the heat source is a secondary form of extinguishing the fire.

Contact Owner – Confirms that the cooking fire is out, no additional medical care is needed, and that another potential ignition source inside the house has not caused a fire that grew and reached the stove.

Methodology – By being temperature sensitive, it will ensure that an actual fire is present. An event that created temperatures of 300+ degrees and not just a smoking pan of bacon grease activating a smoke detector, whose batteries can be removed by homeowners. Activation relies on thermal dynamics rather than electrical sensors, that water/grease-related environments could affect efficiency.

Price/Installation/Monitoring System – Actual price is unknown at this time as product development is still underway. Graham’s Toolbox offers the most value for the moderate expense. Installation needs to be done correctly by a licensed professional for optimal efficiency/safety/liability reasons. Discount on insurance 5% commercial 10% personal

2nd price/installation method – Not all components need to be replaced after the extinguishment of the fire and can be done by homeowner without training.

Manufacturing – working on partnerships with manufacturers to make safer appliances for its own customers.

The fire suppressant material used dependent on the customer's preference. ABC dry chem suppressant is more effective but for those worried about potential leaks baking soda is a potential but not as fire effective replacement
